With all these beautiful, proud and busty women facing each other on a regular basis, this Tourney was way overdue. They all think they’ve got the best chest. They think they can take and dish out more punishment. They think that when push comes to shove, they’ve got the best quantity / quality ratio.
It’s time to put their boobs where their mouths are . And to begin this Tournament, Denise faces Prudence.
The tournament is off to a good start! Prudie has always been a favorite of mine…there’s something about an underdog, and beng Tania’s daughter gives her some compelling pathos; she both admires and resents Tania, wanting to both impress and defeat her. It gives her solid motivation and depth. I also really love the direction Entropy and Sherlock have taken with the idea of her still physically developing. It’s a good allegory for the idea that she’s still growing as a character…struggling to be recognized by her mother as an adult. The contrast of her childish demeanor and juvenille style against her increasingly maturing body is a great visual way of representing the dichotomy of her character; she’s Tania’s child, but also a woman. Plus…there’s something to be said about underdogs. People love underdogs, because we see ourselves as the underdog. We sympathize with their struggles and live vicariously through their triumphs. Prudie is the epitomy of the lovable loser; she loses almost every time, but she always comes back…she never gives up. That is endearing.
This was a great way to start off the tournament, pitting the oldest character (not literally, but figuritively…Denise is the first character Entropy created when he started doing the BWL so long ago) against the youngest character (aside from Prudie’s rivals MacKenzie and Ashley), and enhanced against natural. Compelling storytelling comes from contrasts…good vs evil, chaos vs order, the criminal vs the lawful, etc etc…and this is a perfect match of contrasts. And I looooooove that Prudie’s most defining character trait, her continued growth, comes into play as the runner (writing device, introduced innocuously in the opening, and then proving significant in the end) of the story that ends up ensuring her victory…her breasts swelling during the fight to defeat Denise’s, growing bigger and denser, swelling literally with pride!
This was a really solid piece of writing…I’m looking forward to the rest of the match-ups (and…I hope the winner, whoever it is, challenges Megan in secret as an epilogue…just to prove to herself that she’s beaten everyone. 😉 ).
According to the numbering system, are we missing image #11?
Hey! Sorry for the delay. No, you’re not missing an image. I fusionned 10 and 11 together at the last minute and just forgot to remane the subsequent files. Sorry about that.
